2019 Red Hills Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

This wine is a blend of grapes from some of the best Pinot Noir sites in the Willamette Valley. Aged 16 months in 60% new French Oak, it is a lively, red-fruited, approachable style of Pinot Noir with bright acidity. It is a perfect match for tomato-based sauces and many poultry dishes such as Eggplant Parmigiana, chicken fried rice, pork sliders and pasta primavera.
