** Alabama has passed a Direct to Consumer law but Red Hills Cellars has opted to continue to use the option for 3-tier shipping to ABC Stores. To ship to Alabama, a State form must be submitted prior to shipping and order must be shipped to the ABC Store listed on that state form.
***In the state of Florida, the consumer is responsible for reporting and paying Florida Use Tax by using the form included in your shipment.
