Freckle Pony Rosè

A beautiful light salmon colored wine with strawberry, raspberry, white peach, watermelon, and tropical fruits, balanced by citrus and floral undertones.  Light body with a refreshing, crisp acidity finish.
Pairs well with shrimp or fish tacos, Crab, lobster, Seared tuna, dishes featuring tomato, red pepper, and eggplant (like ratatouille), cured hams, anchovies, baby swiss, colby, brie, or a young Cheddar.
 
Freckle Pony is a fun celebration of the Appaloosa horse breed, Dancing Peach's nickname and her farrier, Sean Robertson who is no longer with us.  Anyone who knows Peach will tell you how affectionate, curious and happy she is.  Anyone who knew Sean will tell you how special he made them feel!  His love of life, his love for his wife, Wendy, his infectious smile, quick wit and sense of humor kept the dark at bay!  He is truly missed by everyone who knew him!
